Basic Locating

Our Basic Locating package provides 2 hours of utility locating service for properties within a 1-hour radius of South Bend, IN. This service targets metallic and conductive utilities, as well as non-conductive utilities equipped with a tracer wire. 2 hours covers most residential single-address locations
Advanced Locating

Our Advanced Locating package offers 2 hours of utility locating service for properties within a 1-hour travel radius from South Bend, IN. This service utilises Ground-Penetrating Radar (GPR) to detect non-conductive utilities, such as plastic or PVC pipes, without tracer wire. In clay soils, GPR detection is limited to depths of 2-4 feet, with a minimum pipe diameter of 1 inch per foot of depth. In sandy soils, GPR can reach depths of 10 feet or more and allows the detection of smaller lines.
Project Locating

Our technicians provide survey-grade GPS coordinates and GIS mapping at no additional cost, delivering comprehensive documentation.
